I am currently the Data Platform team lead at Square and a co-founder at 8 Bit Lit. Formerly Analysis Team Lead at Rapleaf (now LiveRamp).

I used to be an active contributor to and the PMC Chair of the Apache Thrift project. Lots of my other open-source software and hardware work can be found on my GitHub account.

    Over-driving LEDs for brightness. I like the thought behind this. Do you know of a way to drive 3w leds without a heat sink and they still remain somewhat cool?
